Admission can be seeked on prescribed application form attached with the prospectus dully filled in his/her own handwriting and properly signed with the thumb impression.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

Attached photocopies of these:

(a) Degree, 10+2, Matric or other qualification concerning with course but original certification submitted at the time of confirmed admission, submitted by her/him individual in the office of the principal.

(b) Three passport size photographs.

RULES & REGULATION OF THE INSTITUTE

(a) The student who is admitted to this institute is expected to maintain the highest standard in their academic activities.

(b) Students should maintained discipline in side and as well as outside the institute.

(c) Students should attend classes regularly and almost importance is to given regular class work, practical and session examination. Strict action will be taken who fail to follow the guideline.

(d) Application should be made in advance with proper reasons if absence is due to reasons of ill health for more than one week a medical certificate is to be submitted with leave application.

ATTENDANCE

The student before appearing to final examination will have to produce certificate from the head of the institution that the candidate has secured satisfactory attendance of not less then 75% of attendance form the institute. Otherwise will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

SESSIONAL EXAMINATION

Conducted by the institute twice a year & performance of the session examination report will be sent to parents.

PRACTICAL TRAINING

a. The practical period shall be not less then 350 hours.

b. During the practical training the candidate should trained in practical experience about Lab Instrument, how to maintained the lab working knowledge to keep the daily records.

c. After successful completion of the practical training certificate to the effect will be issued candidate dully signed by the in charge & head of the institution

AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE COURSE YOU MAY GET FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
