The duration for all the diploma courses is one year.
-
Each academic year starts may from July to appear in the
final examination and long leaves are only allowed of prior
permission is taken from the office incharge/Principal.

There will be regular theoretical and practical training
at the training center starting from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
& evening 7.00 pm to 9.00 p.m.
-
Hostel paying guest accommodation will be provided in the
hostel premises provided requisition is made along with
the admission from. The boys hostel is having a capacity
for 35 students at present having all been all facility
for indoor games also.
- A
g irls hostel has been added with a capacity of 35 girls.

The operation of kitchen of joining of starting of the mess
entirely depends on the students instructed which should
be approved by the principal/office in charge.
- Separated
boys and girls hostel paying guest is provided. (C) Hostel
charges for the hostel include the bedding charges.

The charges for the hostel Rs. 400/- per month paid latest
by the 5th of each month.

If the hostel joining in between or left the month the charges
should be paid for the complete month.
- Charges
once paid are either refundable or adjustable in any circumstances)

ELIGIBILITY: - Minimum qualification to seek admission
in any of the above- mentioned courses will be graduation,
10+2. 10th or equivalent (with approval of the management)

RESERVATION: - There is provision of SC/ST
or backward Classes. Kindly apply along with attested photocopy
of document from appropriate authority)
- MEDIUM:-
Medium of the instruction will be English, but the student
can attempt the answer in English/Hindi.

Consumption of Alcohol or any intoxicants or Narcotics or
Smoking is strictly prohibited in institute premises.

Any damage done in the laboratories or to the institute
properly by the student, the same has to pay immediately
by the student.

EXAMINATION:- The examination will be conducted
unit wise half yearly and examination for 1st , 2nd academic
year.

Fees are to be paid by the student along with the completed
examine action appearance from.
- 75
% attendance is compulsory during theoretical and practical
classes for appearing in the final examination.

In case the tution fees is deposited after the specified
date a late fee of Rs. 10/- per day as to be paid up to
30 days, after that the name will be struck off the roll
of the institute and student will be responsible for the
same.
- Any
damage done by the student in the institute premises to
the property of the institute shall have to be paid immediately.

Fees once paid will not be refundable or adjusted in any
way under any circum stances.
